When do I want to achieve this goal?
Why do I want to achieve this goal?

Specific:suppose you want to be singer.firstly you have to ask above questions and start like a marathon and continue religiously.Do not panic to get quick result.
Measurable:You have to measure your progress on time.Do your best for nest progress.If you failed then find out the problem and solve it.
How many/much?
How do I know if I have reached my goal?
What is my indicator of progress?
Achievable: 

Think about goal, is the goal real or not? suppose you want to fly like a bird but it is not possible.
Do I have the resources and capabilities to achieve the goal?
If not, what have to do?
Have others done it successfully before?
Relevant:

Is your goal relevant at the moment? suppose you want to be a engineer. you are learning outdated technique.you can not achieve by this.To get your goal successful, you have to follow updated technique.
Is the goal realistic and within reach?
Is the goal reachable given the time and resources?
Are you able to commit to achieving the goal?
Time-Bound:

you must set a time limit to active the goal. In 3 years, I should be proficient in holding a high rank post.
Does my goal have a deadline?
By when do you want to achieve your goal?

By writing out the individual steps, and then crossing each one off as you complete it, you'll realize that you are making progress towards your ultimate goal.
