There are many ways that you can use to improve your self esteem, but first you have to realize that the 80/20 rule applies to everyone, that means that 20% of our activities will generate 80% of our results. A vital point that you have to improve if you want to achieve your most desired goals is your self esteem.
There are a lot of books and articles written on self esteem improvement, however its not just a matter of desire to improve your self, you have to actually put in practice certain actions that will lead you to a greater self esteem. Most people think that they are very confident and have no problem at all with their self esteem, but do you know why there are so many broken relationships? so many fights with partners and so many people angry and unhappy?
The answer to the above questions, is that most people lack of self confidence and self esteem, they do not trust anyone and think that they want to harm them.
On the other side if you think your lack of self esteem is for a failure you had, a broken relationship or rejection, you should try to think on the things that you have had great success. For example if you feel unconfident because you do not know how to approach a person, think positively on the thinks that you had success, the person you want to approach is not better than you, if you ask him you will discover that he has fears and doubts as you have.
Here are some things you can start to do today to improve your self esteem: If you do something good, reward your self, if you make a mistake, learn from the problem. Write a list of things you want to accomplish and read it everyday. Write a few affirmations on what abilities you want to have or what you want to be and repeat them everyday.
A lot of people have a low self esteem, even great achievers, but they overcome it, so you can too. There is no trick for Improving your self esteem right away, its a life style, a way of living with confidence that you have acquire.
Remember when you face a problem is normal to have fears and doubts but the difference is that successful people go for it, they face their fears and overcome them, as simple as that.
